In Person Practice Safety Protocols
 
General 
We will follow all guidelines outlined by the WA State Governor's office, King County and US Lacrosse. 
We will design practices to adhere to the phase King County is in.
 
 
Rules for Practice
  • Players must come to practice with a mask on and leave practice with a mask on. 

  • Players and coaches must use hand sanitizer at the start of practice and will reapply at water breaks and at the end of practice. 

  • Players will not share any equipment and will keep their belongings 6 feet away from others. 

  • Parents will drop off and pick up their players at the beginning and end of practice and need to stay in their cars or stay socially distanced from each other and the playing fields. 

  • Players will be directed by coaches to enter and exit the assigned field to limit crowding and maintain social distancing. 

  • Players will be checked in to maintain a record for contract tracing purposes. 

  • Players are not permitted to attend practice if they have a temperature of 100.3 or above.

  • Parents/Guardians of players must notify coaches if anyone in their household has tested positive for COVID-19

  • Coaches will provide hand sanitizer.   

  • Coaches will clean and sanitize all equipment used during practice.

  • Cleats

  • Water Bottle

  • Snacks

  • Stick, mouth guard, eye gear

  • Mask

  • NOTE: Coaches will provide balls, hand sanitizer and clean all equipment
